PROFI PIR LED spotlights
The durable aluminum LED spotlights from the PROFI PIR series with high light efficiency , combined with very simple connection, are a popular product in our offer for all electricians and all-round technicians. LED spotlights with motion sensor can be used for permanent lighting of indoor and large outdoor areas. The PIR series is additionally equipped with a motion sensor, which allows automatic switching on according to the sensitivity settings, lighting level and lighting duration. The LED spotlights are also ready to work in extreme weather conditions.
Individual models in the INOVO series differ in power, luminous flux and dimensions. LED reflectors are equipped with a built-in flicker-free electronic source. The lifetime of LED reflectors is an impressive 50,000 working hours, and they come with a long-term five-year warranty .

Optimal lighting conditions
LED spotlights from the PROFI PIR series emit neutral white light that is extremely pleasant. Namely, this light is very close to natural daylight, and is recognized by the color temperature of 4000 K.
Thanks to LED technology and the shape of the diffuser, the LED spotlight illuminates the space at a wide angle of 120°. The light beam is powerful, while at the same time ensuring a sufficiently wide angle of light radiation.

Answers to the most frequently asked questions
Why do the LEDs light up after the LED spotlight is turned off? Is this normal?
It is certainly not normal for LEDs to light up when the LED spotlight is off. However, this can happen with LED spotlights. This is usually a problem with the electrical installation, where voltage is induced in the wires, causing the LEDs to glow slightly. This is most often the case with light bulbs. Customers then have the feeling that something is wrong, because this did not happen with classic light bulbs. However, LEDs require a smaller amount of energy to activate, so this problem can occur.
The error can be most easily resolved using a noise suppression capacitor (LED flicker suppressor), which we do not offer, but is easy to obtain either online or in traditional electrical equipment stores.
If connecting the capacitor does not help, it is possible that it is an error of the LED reflector itself. In this case, we recommend a complaint.
This error can also occur in a "wrong" installation when the L wire is connected to the N wire and the N wire to the L wire. If the LED spotlight is connected in the LL and NN way, the LED spotlight will not light up in standby mode.
Do the LED floodlights behind the sensor have an on/off button?
This series of LED floodlights with a sensor does not have an on and off button.
How to connect the light dimming resistor on LED reflectors from the Profi Plus series?
To dim the light on LED spotlights from the Profi Plus series, follow these steps:
- Open the lid.
- Use the appropriate pass-through (in the first series it was not included in the package, but now it may be included)
- Connect a pair of dimmer wires:
a. Purple +
b. Gray –
- Connect the dimmer wires to the dimmer. It is possible to use 0-10V, PWM and a dimmer resistor.

You do not need to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store shipping information, view your order history, and view your product's warranty information.

What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your web order by card , by depositing it into our account (general payment slip/internet banking/transfer) or in cash when you pick up the package.
You can pay with credit cards securely through the Stripe service.
Do you deliver abroad?
We currently deliver only in the territory of Croatia and Slovenia. If you are from another country that is not listed and want to order our products, for shipping conditions, please contact us via e-mail at info@qactus.eu .
What is the delivery price?
Delivery within Croatia is free for orders over 70 EUR. For orders under 70 EUR, the delivery price is 5 EUR.
Delivery within Slovenia costs 8 EUR.
How long does delivery take and who is the delivery person?
If we have all the ordered products in stock, we deliver most packages within 24 hours. If a product has been ordered that we have to withdraw from the external warehouse, then delivery takes 5-7 working days. Products that are not available and must be withdrawn from the central warehouse, the delivery time is around 15 working days.
We deliver via the MBE – Mail Boxes Etc. system, which then delivers the package to your address with its partners.
The day before we deliver your package, we will send you a delivery notification via email, but you can also expect an SMS message from the delivery service with information about the package being delivered to your address.
Can I return the ordered product?
The ordered product can be returned for a refund or exchange for another one.
Please note that the product can be returned if it is not assembled or damaged within 14 days from the day of delivery.
