How can I order?
The easiest way to place an order is through our web shop qactus.eu. Alternatively, you can send your order to us by e-mail at info@qactus.eu .
To place an order, we need the following information: name, surname, address (street, house number, city), telephone number, and payment method (cash on delivery, general payment slip, bank transfer, internet banking).
Do I need an account to order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store shipping information, view your order history, and view your product's warranty information.
Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your web order by card , by depositing it into our account (general payment slip/internet banking/transfer) or in cash when you pick up the package.
You can pay with credit cards securely through the Stripe service.
Do you deliver abroad?
We currently deliver only in the territory of Croatia and Slovenia. If you are from another country that is not listed and want to order our products, for shipping conditions, please contact us via e-mail at info@qactus.eu .
What is the delivery price?
Delivery within Croatia is free for orders over 70 EUR. For orders under 70 EUR, the delivery price is 5 EUR.
Delivery within Slovenia costs 8 EUR.
How long does delivery take and who is the delivery person?
If we have all the ordered products in stock, we deliver most packages within 24 hours. If a product has been ordered that we have to withdraw from the external warehouse, then delivery takes 5-7 working days. Products that are not available and must be withdrawn from the central warehouse, the delivery time is around 15 working days.
We deliver via the MBE – Mail Boxes Etc. system, which then delivers the package to your address with its partners.
The day before we deliver your package, we will send you a delivery notification via email, but you can also expect an SMS message from the delivery service with information about the package being delivered to your address.
Can I return the ordered product?
The ordered product can be returned for a refund or exchange for another one.
Please note that the product can be returned if it is not assembled or damaged within 14 days from the day of delivery.
